thanks for ur response , i need to display cost and headcount field for individual month so please guide me to solve the problem.

example: department   jan12             feb12          mar12            apr12

                sales          cost:123.00  cost:45.00    cost:35.00      cost:30

                                  headcount:2  headcount:1 headcount:1   headcount:3

in sales department it should have headcount and cost of individual month so please guide to add headcount in every month in alv.
